Who We Are
PeopleMatters Business Consultancy Services was co-founded by Lea Mae Bitamor and Mary Jane Doble, two seasoned professionals dedicated to helping Philippine businesses build strong, compliant, and people-centered organizations.
We created PeopleMatters in response to the growing need among Philippine SMEs for reliable, strategic HR support. Our goal is to partner with businesses, strengthen their people practices, and unlock the potential of their most valuable asset — their people.

Lea Mae Bitamor
Co-Founder
Lea brings over a decade of progressive HR leadership experience across industries, having served as HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and HRIS Specialist for BPOs, startups, and global organizations.
She has led HR operations for organizations with 300–400 employees, created company-wide HR handbooks, managed DOLE compliance, and conducted executive coaching.
Her career spans TELUS Digital (BPO), Total Primary Care (BPO), Crawford & Company GBSC, and Bancon Marketing Inc. (FMCG).
Mary Jane Doble
Co-Founder
Jane is an operations and project management professional with experience in Sales Operations, Executive Assistance, Administrative Support, and Training Enablement.
She has led ministry projects for Awana Philippines (NGO), supported C-suite leaders at Kaya Founders (Venture Capital), and strengthened customer operations at Koala (BPO). At ABC 360, she worked as an ESL teacher and later in Training, Evaluation, and Development, and as a Cooperator, handling recruitment, onboarding, and teacher support.
Jane brings structure, foresight, and steady coordination to fast-paced teams.
